The U.S. Bank FlexPerks® Go Mobile app* gives you one-touch access to securely apply for and manage your U.S. Bank FlexPerks card.

After you receive your card, a virtual card can be loaded to your phone. Simply show the virtual card to the sales associate at checkout or use it to shop online. Some retail locations may require a physical card, so may want to carry your card with you.

FEATURES:
• Easy Application: Use the app for a secure, paperless credit card application.
• Account Management: New and existing FlexPerks cardmembers can access and manage their FlexPerks account anywhere, anytime.

CARD BENEFITS:
• Earn 2X FlexPoints at gas stations, grocery stores or airlines - whichever category you spend on the most each monthly billing cycle. Plus, earn 2X FlexPoints at most cell phone service providers and on eligible charitable contributions.(1)
• Earn 1X FlexPoint per $1 on all other eligible Net Purchases(2)
• Rich point value. For example, 25,000 FlexPoints can be redeemed for $375 in airfare, hotel stays, car rentals and more.

*The U.S. Bank Mobile App is free to download. Your mobile carrier may charge access fees depending upon your individual plan. Web access is needed to use Mobile App. Check with your carrier for specific fees and charges. Some mobile features may require additional online setup. Any fees for optional transactions will be identified during registration for these services and during their use.

1. U.S. Bank FlexPerks Travel Rewards Visa cardmembers may earn additional FlexPoints for purchases at merchants that are classified as: airlines, gas stations or grocery stores (each, a "Category"). You will earn FlexPoints at a rate of two FlexPoints for every $1 in Net Purchases in the one Category in any given monthly billing cycle that has the highest total of Net Purchases charged to your Account (the "Highest Category"). FlexPerks Travel Rewards Cardmembers will earn FlexPoints at a rate of two (2) FlexPoints for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases during the current month’s billing cycle for any merchant location that classifies itself as a Charitable and Social Service Organization. In addition, for any cellular services provider merchant, U.S. Bank FlexPerks Travel Rewards Visa Signature Cardmembers will be awarded FlexPoints at the rate of two (2) FlexPoints for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases during each billing cycle. U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business and reserves the right to determine which Purchases will qualify. Purchases at discount/retail stores that sell groceries may not qualify for the grocery store category.

2. U.S. Bank will credit your FlexPerks Travel Rewards account with 1 FlexPoint for every $1 in Net Purchases. FlexPoints will be awarded as long as your Account is open and not 5 days or more past due at the close of your billing period. We will not award FlexPoints for Advances, Convenience Checks, Balance Transfers, Interest Charges and Fees, credit insurance charges, or transactions to fund certain prepaid card products. We reserve the right to adjust the number of FlexPoints for Purchases or to stop issuing FlexPoints for Purchases on the Account, upon notice to you. Refer to the FlexPerks Cardmember Agreement for full details.
